Topics covered include asking qualifying questions to determine the seller’s motivation, building rapport while on the phone and at the appointment, pricing questions, scripts, and objection handlers. At the end of this course, you will be able to confidently know how to set a listing appointment, go on the appointment, know what to do at the home when you meet, and understand what kind of questions to ask before and during the appointment.
