In this workshop, attendees will learn about different structures of commercial leases as well as how to get listings on project leasing and tenant representation. We will bring in special guests, including brokers representing national brands, to talk about space requirements. This is class is intended for new agents going into commercial leases. This workshop will prepare you to confidently work a lease transaction.
