In this class, you will learn how to lead a new buyer consult/new seller consult. Topics covered include how to introduce yourself to a new client, review the process of buying and selling with a new client, how to explain fees and costs to the client, and how to answer questions the buyer/seller may have about the process of buying or selling. At the end of this course, you will be able to feel confident in taking on a new client, setting expectations for how the process of buying or selling will go, and how to guide the process from meet-and-greet to the closing table.
