The Multi-Family Deal Making Forum held monthly. It is where seasoned commercial agents present their listings and off market opportunities as well as any Buy Side needs.
The forum will always open with a guest speaker or special report on the status of the multi-family market followed by Exclusive Listing presentations from eXp Brokers all across the country and again an opportunity for anyone who is working with Buyers either in a 1031 Exchange or just looking to add to their respective portfolios.
This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned commercial brokers to hone their presentation skills, expose their listings to the eXp family and network with other commercial brokers across the country. It is also an opportunity for any eXp Realty agents interested in the multi-family asset class to learn more about deal flow and also participate should they have a prospective Buyer.
