Please join the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team to discuss the lack of pay equality for single women and black women, burdensome socio-economic conditions resulting from this deprivation, and how to advocate for the equality of pay rates.
Featuring our host and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator Janai’ Robbins. Joining her are the wonderful Stephanie Prenatt, eXp’s Contract Compliance Specialist and representative of Power Girls, as well as Karen C. Johnson, an agent, and representative of Black eXp Network.
This event was inspired by recurring gender bias and inequality in professional settings and will be in honor of Single Working Women’s Day and National Black Women’s Equal Pay Day.
