Raised in Missoula, Montana, in a real estate family, Erik has spent the past six years managing the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial properties. He has played a key role in residential and workforce housing, business consulting, and property management. Erik has negotiated over $400 million in real estate transactions, working on projects ranging from industrial shops to retail and office spaces. His expertise extends to working with planning and zoning departments, contractors, and developers to bring projects to completion. Before transitioning to real estate, Erik served as President of Peterson Financial, where he helped investors reach their financial goals, managing over 400 accounts across seven states. His financial background provides him with a unique perspective on corporate finance and business operations. Outside of work, Erik enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and competing in Spartan Races. He is a proud father of four adult children.
