For me I think that most agents never start out their business like a business. They just start out kind of lost. I got a license and let me just get a client. And to me it’s positioning your business strategically as a business owner and looking at yourself as a CEO—is really the difference between successful agents and struggling agents. Successful agents they know that they are running a multi-million dollar operation and they function at that level. So as a new agent, or even a seasoned agent that needs to relaunch, reestablish yourself in the market, I believe in my proprietary training that I call the agent success guide.
