I think it’s very important, especially with where we are in the market right now, that we get back to the basics. And I love the way someone said it, they said you know it’s not so much getting back to the basics, it’s just sticking to the basics. And I and I would say it’s a little bit of both, right? Like go back to the basics, AND stick to the basics. We have to stop chasing shiny objects as REALTORS®, you know, if your business is not thriving in this market—and I know that the market has shifted um more heavily in some areas than others—if your Market has shifted, and your business has shifted with that market, with on a downward trend, I mean don’t you agree that like having some agent referrals coming your way could help? I think that could go a long way. I can tell you that this year in my business um you know a large part of my business has become agent referrals.
